Digital Services Platform
Steamz is an online tutoring platform. We do not sell physical goods, and thus, strictly **no shipping** is involved.
Service Delivery
All tutoring sessions, consultations, and digital certificates are delivered online via the Steamz platform or designated video conferencing tools (e.g., Google Meet).
Immediate Access
Upon successful booking and payment, access to session details and communication with your assigned tutor is granted immediately via the Dashboard.
Proof of Delivery
For every completed session, a digital record (log) is created in the user's dashboard. This serves as the proof of delivery for the service consumed.
